**Running Track & Fitness Corner is closed on every Wednesday (A.M.) & Friday (full day) for IPPT.

All successful applicants for Clubhouse Facilities and Sports Complex Facilities in BRTC (hereinafter "Applicants") are required to comply with the following rules:

The Clubhouse and Sports Complex facilities are for the use of members and guests. Members shall ensure that their guests abide by the rules stipulated for the use of the facilities.
All bookings shall be made 02 working days in advance. Prison staff can make their booking via the Resource Booking in the Prisons Intranet. Honorary/Life/Associate members could make booking for PSRC facilities through the booking hotline at 1800-6546 9359 (Monday - Friday from 0800 hrs - 1700 hrs). Priority of use shall be granted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each member is allowed to book for a maximum of 1 Sports Complex Facility and 1 clubhouse Facility at any one-time booking.
With regard to the booking of facilities at Captains' Quay for large group of invited guests (e.g. personal function), members shall be allowed to book the use of the Dinning area and 01 Karaoke Room only. The Lounge area shall continue to be open for use by other members. Members must personally be present for collection of the clubhouse keys or for usage of the facilities booked (for Honorary, Life & Associate members, to produce their membership card as proof of collection of keys/usage of facilities). Members must be punctual at Captains Quay for the collection of keys, if any delay in the collection, members would need to collect the keys from Kaki Bukit Prison School SCO Office.
Subletting of the facilities is not permitted
Members shall be responsible for any breakage, loss or damage to any property in Captains' Quay and BRTC Sport Complex grounds and are required to pay for the costs of repairs or replacements.
Members shall be required to return all furniture to its original position and maintain the cleanliness of the clubhouse facilities on completion usage of the club facilities.
All charges payable (breakage, loss, fee, etc) are to paid via Cheque Addressed to "PRISON SPORTS RECREATION CLUB".
No outside Food and Drinks are to be brought into Captains Quay for consumption. All food and beverages are to be purchased from the Clubhouse. However, for personal functions, outside food and beverages are allowed.
No pets are allowed within the Clubhouse and Sports Complex premises. The Caretaker, on behalf of the Management Committee, reserves the right to terminate the booking of members should the members be found bringing in any pets to within the Clubhouse and Sports Complex premises grounds.
The Management Committee reserves the right to take any action it considers necessary against any members and their guests found misusing Clubhouse and Sports Complex facilities, or violating these regulations. This includes immediate cancellation of member's application.
The Management Committee reserves the right to terminate the booking of any MEMBERS found to have violated the rules spelt out with regard to the operations of the Clubhouse and Sports Complex.
